Dr. Mohammad Fayyaz practices in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at UI Health. Dr. Fayyaz has extensive clinical expertise in gastroenterology and advanced endoscopic procedures. He is proficient in colonoscopy, including the resection of large polyps using endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), as well as esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), push enteroscopy, endoscopic management of gastrointestinal bleeding, percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) placement, and Bravo pH monitoring. In addition, Dr. Fayyaz has considerable experience in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), including stone extraction, lithotripsy, and stent placement.
