Patient and Family Advisory Committee (PFAC)
The goal of the Patient and Family Advisory Committee (PFAC) is to form a partnership between a healthcare system and the people it serves to provide insight and recommendations regarding the patient and caregiver experience. At UI Health, we need our patients and their families to keep us informed. They let us know what we're doing right and what needs improvement. Hearing and heeding that "voice" helps us to improve healthcare delivery and the patient experience.
