Hosted by WestCare Illinois and UI Health Mile Square Health Center, this event is designed to connect the community with valuable resources, foster meaningful conversations, and highlight the work being done to support health and well-being.
Attendees will hear presentations from Better Together MAR and other community partners, while also having the opportunity to engage, network, and learn about available services.
