Dr. Michael Miloro is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and nerves. He specializes in complex facial and jaw surgery, dental implants, corrective orthognathic surgery, and trigeminal nerve repair. Dr. Miloro has a special interest in trigeminal nerve injuries, helping patients regain sensation of the tongue and lower lip and chin and improve comfort and function after dental procedures, trauma, or tumor treatment. He combines advanced surgical techniques with clear communication and individualized treatment planning to help patients feel informed and confident throughout their care. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Miloro is internationally recognized for his research, teaching, and leadership in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
