Dr. Rohan Sharma practices in the Department of Urology  at UI Health. Dr. Sharma  specializes in endourology and robotic surgery. He treats urinary stone disease using advanced minimally invasive techniques, including mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL) and retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS). He also performs multiport robotic and laparoscopic surgery for prostate cancer, kidney cancer, and other benign and malignant urologic conditions.

Dr. Sharma focuses on precise, minimally invasive treatments that reduce recovery time and improve outcomes. In addition to patient care, his research interests include urinary stone disease, robotic surgical innovation, telesurgery applications, and the use of genetic testing to better guide prostate cancer prognosis and treatment decisions.
