The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at UI Health is a free, confidential counseling resource to help providers and staff address the challenges that can arise in both the professional and personal spheres on life.
The EAP team is dedicated to supporting you at every step of your journey.
New Private Counseling Space
The EAP service is proud to welcome you to a new, private counseling space on West Campus. Our licensed clinical social workers are available to meet with staff in-person or via telehealth

EAP services are available to all individuals, and specialized sessions also are available for whole work units.

EAP licensed clinical social workers offer support with stress management, work/life balance, relationship challenges, grief and loss, workplace conflict, and other related concerns. EAP social workers are available to meet with staff in-person or virtually.
